Thursday, 10. October
12: Reception of the first participants
12-15: Visit at the ‚Blovstrødbanen‘ with 700 mm gauge
First trains depart, guided tours of Hedehusgaard station and workshops
16: Unloading of visiting vehicles
18.30: Dinner from the barbeque (small fee – not included in the participation fee)
20.00: Evening train

Fridag, 11. October
8: firing up the steam locos
From 9: Reception of participants
Trains running, visits in the rolling stock shed at Brandhøj station
11-13: Lunch
Guided tours of Hedehusgaard station and workshops. Trains running
17.30 Official opening of the 32. Internationales Feldbahntreffen in ‚Hedehuset‘
18.30: Dinner
20.00: Presentations and networking
22.00: Night train

Saturday, 12. October
8: firing up the steam locos
9-10: Coffee in ‚Lokschuppen Bar‘
10-13: Trains running, guided tour at the 700 m extension of the line
11-13: Lunch and group photo
13-16: Trains running with plenty of photo opportunities
18.30: Dinner in ‚Hedehuset‘
19.30: Presentations and choise of hosts for IFT 2025/2026
22: Night train

Sunday, 13. October
8.: firing up the steam locos
9-10: Coffee in ‚Lokschuppen Bar‘
9-12: Visit to the 600 mm gauge ‘Klingenberg Estate Railway’ 1.5 km from HVB
10.30: Departure of the first autumn trains for the general public. 2 train traffic in 45 min.
intervals. Visit to the ‚Brandhøjbanen‘, a 1200 m long model railway with 5‘‘ and 7 1/4‘‘
gauge
11-13: Lunch
13-14: Goodbye and handover ceremony of the Lokschuppen-Bar sign
14: 2 trains running in 45 min. intervals and occasional skip trains until 16.30
16.30: Loading of visiting vehicles
